Returns and Refunds 
All our products come with a 7-days return policy.

We will gladly accept any returned merchandise for a full exchange of the same item within. Providing that the returned item is sent back in its original packaged and that all included items which were in the original package are also included. The item must not be damaged in any way or else we will be forced to not accept the item back for an exchange.

In case of returning goods, please send us an email with your name, order number, product name, and the problem you have with the product. We are not accepting any returns without these information. Shipping charges are not refundable.

About the warranty
1 year on atomizer and charger, 3 months on batteries for RUYAN products. In case of a factory malfunction, we will replace the product. Please keep your original packaging, enclose your filled out warranty card and send back the product. Replacements under warranty will be made only once. The warranty period is from date of purchase of the original parts. We will send you back a replacement product free of charge (incl. TNT or EMS shipping costs). E-mail us for after service inquiries.
