Q: What payment methods can I choose to pay my order on your website?
A: We accept payments by Credit Card(Visa/MasterCard), Western Union, MoneyGram, Bank to bank wire transfersand, Moneybookers and Paypal. If you prefer other methods of payment, please send email to us.

Q: What information should I include with my payment? 
A: You must include your character's name, server, and faction to avoid unnecessary delay in delivery. We would not be able to deliver anything to you without your character's name.

Q: How long does it take for me to get my item after payment?
A: All orders will be processed within 24 hours, and shipping lead time can vary from 2 to 7 working days depending on the country. Generally, our shipments will arrive within 3-7 working days from the date of purchase. Buyers will receive a tracking number to facilitate online tracking of the shipment.

Q: Why do you mark each parcel as "gift" or "sample" and low value product?
A: Just to help you avoid the customs charge ( Tax ).

Q: Who pays for customs duties and taxes if incurred?
A: All items are marked as commercial sample-low value to fascilite clearance. You should not encounter any problems. We are experienced in shipments to all parts of the world and have never had any problems thus far. When ordering from us, you are deemed the importer and must comply with all the laws and requirements of the country in which you are receiving the items. Your orders may be subjected to import duties and/or taxes and any additional charges for custom clearance which will be borne by you. We have no control over these charges and do not assume responsibility for any local customs laws and/or duties and taxes after selling. Custom policies vary from country to country. You may contact your local customs office for further information. If the package is undelivered due to your refusal to pay customs tax and/or duties, we reserve the right to take no notice of such dispute and will not cover the refunds. If there is a prior refunds arrangement between us, you will be responsible for the return shipping charges.

Q: How long is the battery charging time?
A: The first time you will need to charge the battery 18 to 24 hours for best results. After that, 4 to 6 hours will do fine.

Q: Who are Suitable users of RUYAN?
A: People who are tobacco cigarette smokers.

Q: Who should NOT use RUYAN?
A: People younger than 18 years old or people who are non-smoker.
