1. Why my MasterCard Payment failed?

 I make order on eCigarettes website, during make payment by MasterCard, I get an error message: Your card must be 3D (SecureCode) enabled

2. Can you accept other Credit Card payment? 

Yes, If you still can not finish payment by your Mastercard, please pay with Visa Card, it is more easy. Also, you can choose paying with other payment methods, please contact us via email, and you can get more discount, thank you!

3. After I finish payment by Credit Card, I received an email told me my payment is failed, why?

For normally, our credit card payment gateway(Visa/MasterCard) can accept most countries in the world. If your payment is failed, and receive a notice email contain one of following reason:

• We do not process customers in this country
• Risk denied the transaction
• Missing zip_code
• Transaction declined by bank.
• Invalid Credit Card number (parameter credit_card_number).
